Established in 1977, our company was formed with the goal of investing in real estate properties with potential for growth. With that focus in mind, physical location of the property is of greatest importance. Convenient access, neighborhood safety and visibility are our top priorities. Our company started with commercial retail center; and over the years, we gradually got involved in residential apartments. At the same time, we have also transitioned to put more emphasis onto real estate property management.
True believer and practitioner of the philosophy: "happy tenants are long-term tenants". Most of our tenants are long termed and many new tenants are referred by existing or exiting tenants.
We currently have several rental properties spread out in the Orange County areas and Greater Los Angeles County, commercial retail centers & residential apartment buildings.
